Dr. Lillian Herring is our doctoral resident in Audiology, who is an advocate for customized care. She recognizes that a singular treatment plan doesn’t fit all and believes in crafting an individualized approach for each patient. Before Dr. Herring started her Au.D. program at the University of Pittsburgh, she received a B.S. in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Mississippi with a minor in Vocal Performance. Being a Mississippi native, Lillian seamlessly blends her southern roots with her experience in treating the diverse needs of her patients. Her clinical training in the treatment and management of hearing loss is complemented by specialized experience in balance disorders, demonstrating her commitment to comprehensive auditory health.
Dr. Herring’s involvement with the Student Academy of Audiology, serving on the Board of Directors and the Education Committee, shows her commitment to advancing audiological knowledge and fostering connections in the field. Outside of the clinic, you will find Dr. Herring reading, watching sporting events (especially Ole Miss football), baking, and exploring her new state.
